Requirements for Membership:
The 908 Flying Club is, in part, sponsored by the EAA Chapter 908 and therefore you must be a member of the Chapter. See separate application.
You must own at least one share of the Club to be a member. Currently a share in the Club is $2,200. Please also read our Club By-Laws and Flying Rules.
The dues for the Club are currently $40 per month, paid in advance, and the charge for flying is $40.00 per hour dry of which $20 goes into a reserve for engine overhaul, or major improvements in the aircraft. There is also a 24 hour minimum flying provision that applies if you do NOT fly the required minimum per year.
When you return to the Club fuel tanks must be topped off. Aircraft engine oil is supplied by the Club and is located in the hanger.
Aircraft flight reservations are made thru the Club’s website on the Internet. You will be provided with the required information and passwords upon acceptance of this application.
There is a flight log located in the aircraft for recording actual flying time, which you must indicate each time you fly the plane.

Chapter membership is from January 1st to December 31st with the dues at $40.00 per year and is prorated. The chapter is made up of people interested in all phases of aviation. Chapter meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 1900 hrs. Meetings are held in the chapter club house at the above address. If you are flying in, we are in the industrial area with a taxiway to the hangers. The chapter holds several “Young Eagle’s” rallies per year. The chapter has a excellent website at www.eaa908.org. Chapter membership requires membership in the National EAA. Individual membership in the National EAA is $40.00 per year, which includes the magazine SPORT AVIATION or SPORT PILOT.
